How long will it take for my order to arrive?

International delivery is usually approximately 14 working days, but can be up to a month. Time frames are working days only, after the average processing / packaging time of 2 days. The post doesn't travel on weekends, holidays, or bank holidays, but we ship every other day of the year.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with the tracking code and the website of the tracking company.

Do you accept returns?

We can't exchange items, due to the size of our business (super small!) and our stock levels. Descriptions include tshirt sizes etc, so please read before you order to avoid unpleasant situations, or contact us for a precise size. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you make an order by mistake, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, your order will be en route to the post office.

I wrote the wrong address at checkout. Help!

Please send your amended address via my contact form within 24 hours of placing your order. As stated above, your package will be prepared and sent after this time, so we can only accept changes within the 24 hour period.

I haven't received my order.

We are super sorry if you haven't received your order! Please message us via the CONTACT link and we will work together to sort out the missing items.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will come in a postage bag (these are plastic, but recyclable so please recycle them!), with some free stickers and a thank you card. If your order is for a special occasion / gift, please check out the gift card.

All other packaging we use (shredded paper, cardboard boxes, labels) is also recyclable.
